1st

For the glory of God through all the work in Ebrington and that the Gospel of God’s grace might impact the whole City. Our ongoing evangelism programme.

2nd

Sunday Services – the Ministers and others involved in leading public worship. The preparation and delivery of the Word of God.

3rd

The ROCK and the GIG on Sunday Morning. The RAVEN in the evening. The leaders and the members.

4th

Peter, Christine, Gabi, Yasmin, Luke and Jude Rowan in Malaysia. Peter in the College, Christine in her work and the kids at school. (OMF)

5th

Presbyterian Orphan and Children’s Society – for all the families who receive benefit.

6th

The Bright Hour and the Leaders. For their fellowship and for the Speaker each week. For adequate transportation.

7th

The City Council – the Mayor, Councillors Staff and all the work that ensures a prosperous City.

8th

PCI Congregations in the Republic. Stephen Lockington in Mullingar and Corboy.

9th

Bill, Rosemary, Paul and Andrew Rettie in Nottingham. Bill as he oversees the work in Scotland and in Europe. (AIM)

10th

Hospitals – patients, staff and chaplains. The fight against ‘super bugs’.

11th

EPC and Caw 2000, Bonds Street and Clooney Community Associations as EPC relates to the local community.

12th

Girls Brigade and Boys Brigade in all Sections. For Officers and members – and for the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom

13th

PWA – the Leaders - reaching women of all ages in the area. Developing a relevant programme to help women to witness to Christ at home etc

14th

Men’s Ministry – the great need to get men involved in the work of Christ at home and in the community.

15th

The Ministers – pastoral work, counselling, dealing with sensitive matters and overseeing EPC generally.

16th

Tear Fund, Christian Aid and World Development as they care for needy people at the command and in the name of Christ.

17th

For the staff and pupils at Ebrington, Lisnagelvin, Oakgrove Primary Schools, and Lisneal, Oakgrove and Foyle Colleges.

18th

Derek, Linda, Laura-Jayne, Amy and Joshua Roulston in Kenya.

19th

Individuals going on Summer Outreach Teams at home and overseas.

20th

Summer Holiday Club – Leaders and Team as they prepare. Kids who will come.

21st

For each household in EPC – unity, love, & health. For their devotions.

22nd

Young people etc from EPC away from home as Students or at work. Protection in every part of their lives.

23rd

Church Music – Organist, Choir and Praise Group. Preparation for Sundays etc.

24th

House Groups – Hosts, Leaders and members. For the materials used and for the growth of members.

25th

Kirk Session in their important role of leading the Congregation by decision and example. New Elders and their role.

26th

Congregational Committee as they administer Church finance and prepare the buildings for the work of the Congregation.

27th

Day Time Ministry – as we maximise the use of the buildings during the day to reach into the community.

28th

‘Tiddlers’ – the carer and toddler group. Its leaders and helpers.

Youth Clubs – outreach to largely unchurched young people. Andrew Milligan in Manchester with ‘Youth for Christ’

30th

The Church in Europe – France, Spain, Romania, Hungary and in the Middle East

31st

PCI ministries at home and overseas supported by the United Appeal
